Presented by Vision for Equality: This session is taught by Partnership trainers for family members and people with disabilities.SUMMARY:This training is an introduction to the Mental Retardation (MR) System in Pennsylvania. It offers a brief history of the MR system, an overview of what the system looks like and how to register. We discuss eligibility determination, the types of supports and services the system offers, and how they are funded.
